SPORTITY:
1. We will be utilizing the app Sportity for this event to post important information, send out updates, and highlight key links.

The biographical information is optional, but please complete it for the announcers.  For the 2026 Chicago Region June Sprints, competitor motor home camping in your paddock space is included in the parking fee. Entry fees for the three-day weekend:

Three Day Entry:      $750 Per entry
SRF3/FE2                  $780 Per entry including compliance fee 
SM/SMX                    $780 Per entry including compliance fee

Northern Conference / Central Division reserved car number hold May 24, 12:00 PM CDT (NOON)
Late Fee of $50 charged for any entry received after May 30, 11:59 PM CDT

Parking fees are non-refundable after May 31, 11:59 PM CDT
Special license confirmation with Topeka, make request by June 2, 6:00 PM CDT
Credit cards will not be processed before June 7

You will receive a full refund if you withdraw before you receive a Tech sticker. If you pre-enter and do not cancel your entry, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you sign-in at registration and do not go through or pass Tech, you must notify the Chief of Registration BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE TRACK to receive a refund.

TEST DAY: There will be two Road America Test Days on Wednesday, June 3rd and Thursday, June 4th for June Sprints event participants. These are track test days AND ARE NOT covered under the SCCA event sanction and insurance. Register online at: TEST DAY REGISTRATION LINK

Thursday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 6:40 AM - 5:00 PM (workers only until 7:15 AM)
Saturday: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM (workers only until 7:15 AM)
Sunday: 6:45 AM - 11:30 AM

PREFERRED NUMBERS: Every effort will be made to honor Conference Preferred Numbers until 14 days prior to the event. Secondary preference will be given to 2026 CENDIV reserved number holders.  However, due to the make-up of the run groups, this may not be possible in all situations. If two drivers holding the same Preferred Number request that number for the same run group, the number will be assigned to the driver with the earliest request.  Numbers must be 1 or 2 digits only, unless a registered Majors number.  All 3 digit numbers must start with a 1 (ie:1XX). Do not use a 3 digit number starting with a 0

PADDOCK/PARKING INFORMATION
1. Paddock Location(s): Paddock parking for the 2026 Chicago Region June Sprints will be available in the following: Cross-over areas (paved), Competition Paddock (grass with paved access), Main
Paddock (paved), West Paved, Lower West Paved, Upper Paved (with electric), South Paddock (grass, unreserved). North Paddock, North Paddock Garages, and Unreserved Turn 5 will not be
available for this event!
2. There are a limited number of garages available in the Main Paved paddock
3. There are no RV Hookups in the paddock areas. Dump areas are available in the campground by the kart track and outside the track by the staging area.
4. Parking regulations are incorporated in these regulations by reference. Failure to follow the direction of the paddock marshal or his designate regarding paddock parking or activities may result
in expulsion from the facilities.
5. Attendees who arrive at the track any time when Registration is closed will be directed to the Parking Staging Area to the west of the gate. Participants may not self park. Parking staff will be
available during Registration hours to assist in paddock parking and can be found at front of the staging area by the Billy Mitchell pavement. Do not pull onto the access road until instructed by the
parking staff to avoid blocking your fellow competitors
6. The area both on the grass and on the pavement immediately south and west of the scale building, and between the scale building and garages, is reserved for SCCA Official parking only. Violators
may be towed without notice.
7. All vehicles, including passenger/crew vehicles, must be parked within the assigned paddock spot. Any vehicle parked in another competitor’s spot is subject to towing without notice
